Fail to plan = Plan to fail

1. Made a new logger. Improvised it by using the Jerry Seinfeld trick. It basically involves taking a calendar and marking of an X when you do a task. Then don’t break the chain. Read more here and here.

My logger looks something like this now – I’ll post a completed image in two months, which might look like something i previously accomplished back in IIT.

Dont break the chain

2. Its my first week into winter quarter at Stanford and I’m already hitting the library. Walking back late at night, tired and weary, but with a feeling of satisfaction that i used up every joule of energy in my body, i think to myself, what more do i want from life? Nothing. All i ask is that i push myself to the maximum everyday. One day at a time.. one day.

3. Theres a magic to making goals. To sharing them. To keeping track of them. To inching forward, closer, one day at a time. And then finally writing a ‘mission accomplished’ across them. I’d love to hear your goals. Your strategies.

..are you listening ?

Begin at the beginning,’ the King said gravely, ‘and go on till you come to the end: then stop.’

-Lewis Carroll (Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland)
